Dr. MacEwan is amazing! I’ve been suffering from sinus issues for 7 years, and they’ve always been dismissed as allergies. I got a CT scan here and Dr. MacEwan explained the scan to me which was cool to see. My left maxillary sinus was fully opaque and needed surgery. I had never had surgery before, and was really worried and had tons of questions. Dr. MacEwan not only did amazing with the surgery (my recovery was way faster than I expected, I felt pretty much normal after 5 days), but was also very patient with all my questions and concerns! I’m also not a huge fan of having to rely on daily meds like nasal sprays, and she was understanding and willing to work with this. The staff at Rancho ENT are also very friendly and easy to work with! I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. MacEwan!
The staff is friendly yet direct. They adapt to your needs by reminding you of important habits to build. They do a throughout evaluation and focus on solving ear problems long term not jjst through drops. Super clean as well!

Dr. MacEwan is tremendous. She took all my concerns very seriously and treated me very well. I needed a surgery done by her and the office was very committed to an easy process before, during, and after the procedure. The whole team at Rancho ENT is very welcoming and respectful. I am thankful for my experience with them.
Doctor is beyond great. He’s vet experienced very nice and ultimately cares a great deal for your health and being. He did sinus surgery for me and he hopes to relieve years of issues I have had. Again, I can’t say enough great things about him.
Dr. MacEwan was cordial, efficient, and relieved my ear issue the day of my first appointment. She has a great bedside manner, and answered all my questions. It was easy to get an appointment without a long wait. The front office staff is very attentive and friendly. Natasha called before the appointment to let me know that there was an accident on the freeway in case we were headed in that direction. I highly recommend this office for all your ENT needs!
Dr. Wadhwa was very thorough with my visit; I appreciate the recommendations and treatment options that he gave me from least invasive to most invasive without feeling pressured to make an immediate decision. I had the hearing test done as well. He went over all of the findings step by step and I left well informed. You can look forward to a comprehensive visit; bc he also connects other possible health concerns that could be contributing to the problem at hand.
I took my son in today to see Dr. MacEwan. We had a great experience. She was easy to talk to and was great with my son who is 12 years old. We came up with a treatment plan and I am very happy with the office visit, the office staff and the doctor’s expertise.
