This is the most amazing Dr I’ve ever met! He is so thorough but quick. He does an extensive exam with a soft hand and efficient measured. It may not be pleasant having a camera inserted down your nose but he makes it as painless as possible. He has the best demeanor and evaluates the situation very thoroughly in a manner you can understand. He has performed surgery on me in the past and I’ve never trusted anyone more. He’s gentle, kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough. His care is amazing from start to finish. His office and nursing staff is the best. The office is always kind, understanding and supportive. I can’t praise Dr Wadhwa and everyone in this office enough. They have my eternal thanks. They are amazing!!!!

I am a caregiver and come with my client to have his hearing aids cleaned. Lisa at the front desk is so nice and does a great job getting the hearing aids working like new again. She does not only clean them but she checks that they are charged and working as they should.
At first we were going to get hearing aids at Costco. Then I read an AARP article which said “when it comes to hearing aids, you really need an audiologist.” Costco only has technicians. Dr Stephanie Sally saw that my hearing test required a visit to an ENT doctor who recommended an MRI which ruled out complex nerve problems. Technicians were not able to read my hearing test that deeply. Over the years we have been well taken care of by Dr. Stepaanie and Lisa. All our problems such as remaking an ear mold have Benn taken care of quickly, and the extra devices we needed were very reasonable in price. It pays to see the best people and advanced hearing solutions has the best you will ever find.
Dr.MacEwan was absolutely kind and put me at ease right away. She is the ENT doctor I will always go to! Rancho ENT brings back the quintessential simple doctors office experience and charm that is missing in the US healthcare system. Doctor and patient direct interaction is as good as it gets with this practice. Dr.MacEwan answered all my questions and gave me an awesome game plan for my treatment. Natasha at front desk for warm and welcoming and very helpful throughout. Also, Dr.Stephanie the audiologist did such an excellent job with the tests patiently and answered all my questions 😌🙏

New patient that had septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I have PPO insurance and my FP is at Scripps Clinic. I opted to go to Rancho ENT based on a recommendation from a doctor I know and how thorough my initial/follow up consults went pre-op vs the Scripps ENT specialist. (knowledgeable and great bedside manner). Excellent experience from front to back. I have been in the San Diego healthcare market for over 25 years and this specialty practice is top notch. It has elements of service you see in concierge type practices. My son will be seeing him for sinus and allergies.
Generally don’t review a Doctor because they seemed to all know what they’re doing, but after getting the same surgery for the second time I can tell you that this time I can see the results and they are outstanding. I’m able to breathe now throughout my nose and not from my mouth. The service was not just great but wonderful the nurses are amazing always friendly and helpful. I recommend this office with all the staff because from having already one surgery with a different doctor I thought that the results were normal, however after doctor Ashish Wadhwa helped me I really started living.
